RN– Monitors resident’s health, coordinates care plans with physicians and Director of Nursing, communication and follow up of care plan implementation, and administers medications when needed. Assists in scheduling of doctor’s appointments, and communicate with family any needs or concerns regarding residents.
LPN– Monitor resident’s health, routine vitals, and diet, and assists with medication administration. Communicates to clinical staff any changes in health status.
Aide– Help ensure residents live as independently as possible, and provide assistance with daily needs and activities. Help serve snacks, clean, and assist the nursing staff whenever needed.
Activities Director– Planning daily activities, games, field trips, and exercise sessions for residents. Transporting residents to local establishments for personal shopping needs.
Dietary– Purchasing, planning, and preparing healthy meals and snacks on a daily basis. Taking inventory, rotating stock, and maintaining accurate levels of food stock. Knowledge of resident’s dietary needs and restrictions are crucial to ensuring quality health.
Housekeeping– Daily/weekly/monthly routine cleaning of facility as well as residents rooms. Provide private laundry service for all residents.
Maintenance– Snow removal, yard and grounds maintenance, and facility upkeep including any and all reasonable repairs to equipment for the facility. Performing routine safety checks to ensure equipment is in proper operating condition.
Volunteers– Transport residents to physician’s appointments and other outside activities. Engage resident’s by doing extra activities whenever needed.
